Kate is a qualified spiritual coach and experienced an intense Kundalini awakening in January 2024. She is a qualified Reiki 2 practitioner, and experienced in meditation. She has Christian faith, and her life has changed as a result of her relationship with her Higher Power. You do not need to be Christian to come for spiritual coaching, all beliefs or none are respected.

Kate acts as a mirror to you, to help you find freedom from the thought patterns that attract negative energy, how to attract positivity, meditation, manifestation - or prayer - and to support you on your journey towards becoming your higher self.
